Medically reviewed by Patrick Mullen, M.D., Co-Founder and Medical Director. Board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Reviewed October 16, 2026.
Executive concierge medicine is a physician membership designed around the schedule of people who run organizations. At Precision Health in Sarasota, FL, it includes:
- Direct contact with your care team on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Advanced testing chosen for your history
- A written plan from your physician within your first month
Leaders can join on their own. Companies can enroll their leadership team through Corporate Membership, which begins with a complimentary three-month membership for one executive.
What membership includes for executives
Every member works with a board-certified physician who cares for a deliberately small panel. For an executive, these are the parts of membership that shape the working week:
- Direct access to your care team on evenings, weekends, and holidays, with same-day or next-day appointments for urgent needs.
- Strategy sessions in person or by video, so a review of your results fits between meetings.
- Advanced diagnostics ordered for your history, including heart imaging such as CT coronary angiography (CCTA), whole-body MRI, advanced biomarkers such as ApoB and Lp(a), comprehensive hormone panels, and functional performance and body composition assessments. See advanced health screening. Labs and imaging are billed to insurance, separately from the membership fee.
- Coordination with your specialists, so records and recommendations move between offices without you carrying them.
- Support when you travel: telehealth access abroad and destination-specific medication packs prepared before you leave. See travel health services.
How your care is managed
The Precision Health method is to:
Measure. Analyze. Optimize. Adapt.
Each step is something you receive as a member:
- Measure. Testing begins at your first appointment: advanced labs such as ApoB and Lp(a), DEXA body composition, a VO2 max test, a functional assessment, and CCTA when your history warrants it.
- Analyze. A board-certified physician reviews every result against your personal goals and family history.
- Optimize. Within your first month, your results become your Precision Score™, the baseline every later result is measured against. Your physician builds the Precision Blueprint from that score: a written, physician-directed plan covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and any supplements or medications your physician recommends, with retesting intervals set in advance.
- Adapt. Your markers are re-measured every three to six months, your score is updated, and your plan changes when your numbers do.
Care that fits an executive calendar
The average outpatient visit gives you about 22 minutes with the physician, according to a 2022 analysis of national survey data in the Journal of General Internal Medicine. Travel and time in the waiting room add to that.
Getting the appointment takes longer still. A first physical with a new family medicine physician carries an average wait of 23.5 days across 15 U.S. metro areas, according to AMN Healthcare’s 2025 survey. In Sarasota, Dr. Mullen sees people wait four to six months for a first appointment with a new physician at large local primary care groups.
Membership changes the logistics:
- Your physician’s panel is small enough that visits are scheduled around your commitments.
- Strategy sessions can happen by video.
- A question on a Sunday goes straight to your care team.
Executive physical or executive concierge medicine
Many companies already know the executive physical: a one- or two-day assessment at a large medical center, with a report delivered at the end. Executive concierge medicine brings more in-depth, strategically chosen testing into a year-round relationship with your own physician.
| Executive physical | Executive concierge medicine at Precision Health | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | A one- or two-day assessment | A year-round membership with your own physician |
| Testing | A set panel completed during the visit | Diagnostics chosen for your history and repeated as your plan calls for them |
| After the results | A summary report and recommendations | Your Precision Score™ and Precision Blueprint within your first month, updated every three to six months |
| Between visits | Your regular doctor’s office | Direct contact with your care team on evenings, weekends, and holidays |
| Location | The medical center that runs the program | South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, with telehealth when you travel |
Corporate Membership for your leadership team
Through Corporate Membership, a company sees the care firsthand with one executive before enrolling the rest of its leaders. The program runs in three steps.
- Executive evaluation. Your company nominates one executive, who receives a complimentary three-month membership. No membership fee applies during the evaluation, whether or not the company moves forward. Labs, imaging, and medications ordered during those three months are billed to the executive.
- Group launch. When the company decides to enroll, every participating member starts a paid membership on the same effective date, including the evaluating executive. Each member’s fee follows the age-based tier that fits them, less the group discount.
- Annual rhythm. The group discount is set at the start of each contract year. Leaders who join mid-year receive the group’s existing rate, prorated from their start date. At each renewal, the discount tier is reviewed based on active enrollment.
Group pricing
The discount depends on how many members enroll at launch and applies to membership fees only.
| Members enrolled | 1 to 4 | 5 to 9 | 10 to 14 | 15 to 19 | 20 or more |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Discount on membership fees | Standard | 5% | 7.5% | 10% | 12.5% |
Labs, imaging, medications, and other services outside the membership remain each member’s responsibility. Every executive enrolls individually under the membership agreement.
What your company sees
Your company receives enrollment and billing information. Each executive’s health information stays between that executive and their physician, protected under HIPAA, and is never shared with the employer.
Start with a nomination
Call the membership team with the name of the executive you’d like to nominate and your expected enrollment size. We will review membership options and a proposed start date with you.
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.
The business case for covering your leadership team
Replacing a leader costs about 200% of that leader’s salary, according to Gallup’s 2024 analysis of employee turnover. For a vice president earning $250,000, that is roughly $500,000 by Gallup’s estimate.
Illness costs a company well before anyone leaves. The Integrated Benefits Institute put the cost of poor employee health to U.S. employers at $575 billion a year, with each employee losing an average of 10.3 workdays to illness. For every dollar employers spent on health benefits, another 61 cents was lost to illness-related productivity.
Time is the third line item. Routine appointments, along with the travel and waiting around them, come out of the working day, and across a leadership team those hours add up.
Where membership fits in that math
No physician practice can promise an employer fewer sick days or lower turnover, and Precision Health doesn’t. What membership gives your leaders is specific:
- Access within a day for urgent needs, and direct contact with the care team after hours.
- Visits that fit the workday, with strategy sessions by video and in-person appointments scheduled around each executive’s calendar.
- A written plan for each leader, built from their own results and aimed at the goals they set with their physician, whether that is performance, energy, or long-term health.
- Care that travels, with telehealth access abroad and medication packs prepared before a trip.
The evaluation lets your company judge the service before committing a budget line. One executive uses a full membership for three months with no membership fee, and the enrollment decision rests on that experience.
Recruiting is the other side of the ledger. In SHRM’s 2025 Employee Benefits Survey, 88% of HR leaders rated health care benefits very or extremely important. An executive membership gives a company something to offer senior candidates beyond salary and standard coverage.

Questions employers and executives ask
Can our company see an executive’s health information?
No. The company receives enrollment and billing information only. Medical records stay between each executive and their physician, protected under HIPAA.
Is there a minimum number of executives?
No. A company can enroll a single executive. Groups of one to four pay standard tier rates, and the group discount begins at five members.
What does the evaluation cost the company?
The evaluating executive’s three-month membership carries no membership fee, whether or not the company enrolls. Labs, imaging, and medications ordered during the evaluation are billed to the executive.
Can we add executives after launch?
Yes. New members join mid-year at the group’s existing rate, prorated from their start date. The discount tier is reviewed at each annual renewal based on active enrollment.
Does membership replace our company’s health insurance?
Membership sits alongside insurance. Hospital stays, surgery, specialist consultations, and third-party procedures are billed separately by those providers, so executives keep their existing coverage.
How is an employer-paid membership treated for taxes?
That depends on how the benefit is structured. Review the arrangement with your benefits advisor or CPA before enrollment, and the Corporate Membership team will provide the program documents they need.
Can an executive join on their own?
Yes. See membership options or call the membership team.
